about last night

it's been so long since i have posted! so much has changed in a year and i'm so thankful for my life. i have this wonderful group of girlfriends that came together this year in the most organic of ways and i love every one of them to pieces! i've always wanted a big group of friends that could hang out together and have fun and effortless friendship and they are that to me! so thankful for them. we had christmas together last night and it was a BLAST. love love love.

Seester Photo Shoot

Before Katherine Anne married Badr on 06.01.2013, we had a photoshoot since she was moving to Saudi Arabia.  My mom found some local photographers [Hatch and Maas Collective] through a Facebook friend of hers. We scheduled a shoot and had so much fun with them! Matt and Aaron and super professional and really easy to work with. We had a really good time and I would personally recommend them to anyone! Black Cherry Vintage [Photo Shoot]

A couple months ago I won a really cool opportunity to be a model for a photo shoot with Black Cherry Vintage and MGB Photo. If you haven't checked them out, you definitely should. Black Cherry Vintage is a funky little vintage boutique in Fayetteville. Leea was having a contest via Instagram and I won the spot as the first Instagram model! The evening was so fun getting my hair and makeup done by Andi at Mayapple Salon and Boutique, styled by Leea Lee of Black Cherry Vintage and having my photo taken (which I LOVE) by Mallory of MGB Photo who is so easy and fun to work with! Wishing I was in Colorado right now. I have spent many family vacations in Colorado [Aspen, Crested Butte, Telluride] as well as snowboarding trips with my sister and her husband [newlyweds] in Snowmass and Aspen. I really feel like I will call it home in the near-ish future. I wanted to share a graphic I made with a photo of my own taken atop Mount Crested Butte in 2009. I have seen a version of this on the internet and decided today to recreate it. Now if I could just teleport and hike around the rest of the day...
