Bacon Jam???

one day last year (: i was looking at Kirsten Blower's blog and she had a post about Bacon Jam.  I thought it was a weird concept, but i find myself now wishing i had indulged a little for Christmas.  so i may be discovering a new love or just trying a very strange new condiment soonish.  either way, i will be sharing my thoughts at a later date!
